Construction is accomplished utilizing our Sub Contractors base who for years have been valued members of our Construction Team. To minimize cost and maximize quality, our Construction Division delivers your space under our General Contracting arm giving control of your projects direction and delivery in a timely efficient manner.
With our offices being located on site,we can keep a constant feel on the pulse of activities. Your everyday needs are accommodated by our on-site Property Management and Maintenance Teams who are within moments of solving any problems you may have.
G.F. Florida has recently expanded our operations to Baker County just west of Jacksonville. Development activities include recently acquired residential subdivisions "Heritage Oaks" and "Old Town Crossing", commercial sites developed for sale "Gateway To Macclenny", and a Mitigation Property on the St Marys River "The Sanctuary".
Since G.F. Florida is an equity based company, all decisions and commitments are made on site. |
